A short, perky lady is standing by a stand. Why is there a stand here? What the heck are you doing at a Pre-Registration for the fair? What fair are we all talking about? What DOES F.A.C.T. F.I.L.E...S. really stand for?
Anyhoo, she is waving you over with a big banana smile. A hugeeee stack of papers is on her desk. I wouldn't want to disappoint her by passing by the opportunity to fill one of those out. Besides... She has lemon bars. Oops, they disappeared. Well, there is water... Plain, water... No ice

Crystal cheered, running up and towards teh desk. She didn't really mindhaving to pay for the joining in. These kinds of things were always fun, and she loved fun! She ran over and quickly filled one in with her name, taking out the money to give to her for teh regestration.

Forms? Chances to lose money? AWESOME BAGGIES?! PLAIN WATER!!! This was too good to be true. So I must have been a lie! And it was! Well, that was a lie because it was REAL!
Seth looked blankly at the Ms. Perkyshort. He was confused just looking at her. He readied 500AD and took out his handy- O' So dandy.... PEN THAT WRITES. He leaned over the desk with a wink. The whole reasoning behind this? To perhaps charm her into paying the entry fee.
This would more than likely fail seeing as he coughed when he made the gesture, totally ruining the effect.
"How much paper work has do be done here?" he asked nonchalantly.

The lady smiled. It was freaky, though. She hardly looked human with her smile "Have some water!" She said delightfully as she took Crystal's paper and handed over a ticket. "For being so cool with your timing, you earn a little tote bag and raffle tickets, along with a nice button and some slot tokens! And for being the FIRST to register, you get... MEWTWO! doll."

"Paperwork? Well, paperwork is no limit! Just kidding! A name would be nice. And if you're super cool, you'll include a Trainer Connector number, a billing address, a health insurance number... For precautions... Um... We'd never take a chance if the Fair wasn't safe... Please, enjoy yourself!" She stamped a ticket with delight and handed it over to Seth, while taking the fee. She also poured him a glass of water after preparing his baggie, filled with a button, slot tokens, and raffle tickets.

He filled out the paper with a hysteric glee. Seth added the required info then got carried away by adding his own... trivial info. When I was six I never owned a bike. I have no Momma. My brother smelled really nice. My dad is bald 0o. I wish I had a rainbow as a pet. My favorite phrase is "Hellz yeah" When my Pokemon are asleep I draw on them and blame whoever smells the worst.
He then squinted and drew an overly (stupid) extravagant Signature. "I also want you to know, deep down in your soul, that if I die at your fair, I swear to God I will haunt the hell out of you."

"Aww, it's okay. If you die--I mean... No one is dying. Trust us." She smiled suspiciously, but there is no way to get past that. Instead, a strange urge occurs to leave the weird lady with the banana smile, and just... Run. Run the heck away from her 0.o

"Sureee!" The lady said happily. "I need your AD for the ticket, and just a few things like your health insurance number just incase... You know, something goes wrong. I doubt that will happen, though. You have absolutely nothing to worry about." She smiled strangely, like she had before to the other participants. She handed a registration paper over to Prii, along with a bag filled with goodies.

Shana dashed over to the booth, it was a festival, festival equals good, good equals happy, unless your evil, then good means annoying defeat, unless your a truly evil person without making mistakes, which makes you good at being evil, in which case good is good.
But then again, that all had nothing to do with festivals but with Shana's wandering mind. Estastically joyous she smiled at the woman, barely noticing her unnaturally happy smile as she was quite ignorant and didn't take notice that quickly. "Festival!" She exclaimed for barely any reason, and the quote could as well be directed at the lady, the water, or the dissapearing lemon bars, or all, the universe works in strange ways.
"I wanna go! Where do I sign? Do I get goodies? I like festivals, you too?Any other things?" Apparently, she had too much sugar, or was going crazy due to the lack of it, since there were no lemon bars and all.

"Omigish! You totally remind me of... Me... Melannie. Yay!" She grinned as she took a piece of paper off of one of the stacks and handed it to Shana. "And it is good you like goodies because goodies are good and they are totally available to be gotten for free!" It didn't even take her 5 seconds to get the bag ready.
